When can I tour? To schedule a tour please send an email to inquiries@riverplacelofts.com or call (920) 268-9801. Depending on the unit being toured, a 24-hour notice may be required.

What is included and not included in my rent? Our rental includes water, sewer, and trash services at no additional cost. Residents are responsible for their own gas, electricity, and wifi expenses. The property is pre-wired for AT&T Fiber. We offer convenient parking options: indoor parking is available at $225 per month, while outdoor parking is offered at $90 per month. Move-in fees consist of an application fee of up to $75 and a security deposit of $1,000.

What is your pet policy? At River Place Lofts, we believe pets are family too! Our pet-friendly community welcomes both cats and dogs, with a few breed restrictions. A one-time, non-refundable deposit of $375 is required, along with a monthly pet rent of $45 per pet. For more information, please reach out to the office.

Is there an amenity fee? There is no amenity fee, however there is a fee to reserve the club rooms, pontoon boat, and golf simulator. We strive to minimize amenity fees whenever possible; however, the following fees currently apply. Reserving a club room for a day costs $200, it operates on a first-come, first-served basis otherwise. The fee for using a pontoon boat and the guest suite varies depending on the time of year. Additionally, the golf simulator is available for $10 for four hours of use.

How much is parking? We offer convenient monthly parking options: outdoor parking is available at $90 per month, while indoor parking is offered at $225 per month. EV charging is available with indoor parking for an additional $60 per month.

Can I switch apartments within the property during my lease? Residents are more than welcome to switch units at the end of their lease term, however moving units during the lease term is not allowed.

What is available? To view our available apartments, go to the “Availability” menu item and select “Availability”.  Please note, our residents are required to give us a 60-day notice, and availability cannot be confirmed until that time.

What is the difference between the buildings? There are four total buildings on the property, Beam House, Docks Building, Finishing House, and Power House. To learn more about the buildings and their finishes please visit the “Property” menu item.

If I am in one building, do I still have access to the amenities in another building? Yes! Regardless of which building you are in, you will have access to the property and amenities.
